"Easy appointment setup"
Booking my appointment on tirediscounters was easy. I just picked the store and time that worked for me, and I didn’t have to call anyone or mess around with it. The confirmation email came through after and it all looked right. Simple, quick, and no hassle, which was exactly what I needed.

"I had a small issue pop up…"
I had a small issue pop up after my tire service, and I’ll be honest, I was annoyed at first. I’m the kind of person who pays attention to patterns, and usually you can tell a lot about a place by how they handle things when something doesn’t go perfectly. I called the store, they got me back in quickly, checked everything out, and fixed it without making it a whole ordeal. The manager was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother. Stuff happens, but they handled it the right way, so I left happy.

"Promo code issue got fixed, but checkout could be clearer"
I tried using promo code and it didn’t apply at first, which was kind of annoying. I reached out to support and they did fix it, but it took little longer than I expected. Prices were okay once the coupon finally worked, I just wish checkout process was more clear.

"I needed a specific tire size…"
I needed a specific tire size and the site only showed a few options available near me. I ended up finding something close enough, but it definitely wasn’t my first choice. Checkout went fine, so no issues there, but the limited availability was frustrating. For the hassle and having to settle, I’d expect some kind of discount or compensation.

My brakes absolutely feel better now, no question about it. It did take longer than they told me it would, and there’s still a little squeak here and there, which I’m 100% sure I’m going to notice every single time. The staff was nice enough though, so overall it was fine

"Road hazard coverage actually helped"
A few weeks after buying, I ended up with a nail in my tire, which was annoying, but stuff happens. I figured dealing with the road hazard coverage might be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I went in fully expecting to get pushed toward the most expensive tires, but that never happened. I got my tires installed here it was mostly fine. The tires have been riding good so far, so I’m not saying they did a bad job or anything. I just noticed one wheel had some grease left on it, and the wait ended up being longer than what they originally told me. Maybe they were just busy, I get it, but it did feel a little rushed at the end. Not trying to be overly picky, but 3 stars feels fair for my experience.

"Decent tire options, but nothing too impressive"
I went to Tire Discounters looking for new tires, and the selection was just okay. They had the usual big-name brands and a couple of cheaper choices, but for my car, there weren’t as many options as I figured there would be. A few sizes were out of stock too, which made it feel like this is probably how it goes there in general, you can find something, but you might not get exactly what you wanted. I did end up getting tires that worked, but I definitely had to settle a little.

The staff was polite, which I appreciated, but I remember feeling frustrated sitting around and having to follow up twice just to get things moving. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, and that waiting part definitely stuck with me. In the end, they did fix the issue, so I can’t complain too much, but I wish it had been handled a bit faster.
